Initially INFINITI TRADE operated in the IT sector, carrying out projects in the software and hardware field. Accounting software, data analysis, servers, computer networks.
The continuous evolution of human civilization and digitization has led to the development of new technologies, equipment and devices that have contributed to the introduction of automation in all types of industries.
The technologization of production processes, manufacturing and innovations in industrial automation, have led to an increase in productivity and production flow, an increase and standardization of the quality of the final product, a significant reduction of human intervention and errors.
So, connecting all industries and creating a bridge between them all, in this revolutionary era of industrialization and development, INFINITI TRADE started to build automatic machines in 2014 in a space of 25 square meters in Arad and the first works were only maintenance, programming or repair of existing assembly stations.
We delivered workstations that became a benchmark for future control stations.
We soon started to perform more complex tasks at the existing assembly stations.
In the same year we signed a contract with a sales partner dealing with automation products.
We also win another new customer and build the first automated station with Siemens PLC.
The year ended with a portfolio of dozens of completed jobs and two major clients, so we hired a mechanic for current and future work.
The year started with a lot of work, so we increased our team and doubled our workspace to 50 sqm.
Quality and new ideas have brought us the opportunity to create more and more complex stations. That's why we managed to get new customers and expand the portfolio. This year we developed a new fluid dispenser for manufacturing processes and registered with OSIM with this product.
We have a new business partner, a sensor supplier, and we are jointly developing stations for the use of vision systems for inspection, measurement, part detection by image processing cameras. Also through this partnership we promote the sensors and image processing devices to our customer, working closely with them.
Our projects have become more and more complex and so we have expanded our tooling to 100 sqm. In order to grow even more, we want to move to another larger location next year.
In previous years we gained more customers, and now we want to keep them. We made a deal with ourselves to keep the work standard high and not to compromise.
That's why we use only the best materials for our machines and top suppliers for components. If we don't fit the budget, we look for another cheaper solution, but we keep the quality standard.
In the first quarter of the year we moved to another location. This location was a rented 300 sqm office and school space.
We have decided that the automation of the machines will only be done with Siemens or Delta PLCs. The reason for this is that we want to take advantage and benefit from experience and knowledge gained from previous projects.
In partnership with Wenglor and Smc, we obtained a new client with a project of great complexity and dimensions. Using electric actuators for this project, we developed our own functions for Siemens PLCs to use these axes. This project led to several electric actuator projects for our other customers.
Over the next two years we integrated dozens of electric actuators into our machines.
An important project that we had and successfully completed was to build an automatic assembly line with Bosch Rexroth conveyors. Thanks to the acquisition of Bosch Rexroth components, we started a partnership with them and this helps us in future projects, with conveyor belts, aluminum profiles and accessories, as well as motion control.
In these years we have managed to develop partnerships with the most important suppliers of electrical components, sensors, vision systems, mechanical and pneumatic components and we realize very complex and diversified projects and applications, from various industries. The progress and evolution of the received applications also led to the development of the work team, so that today we are a strong team, each with at least ten years of experience in various fields such as programming, machine design, mechanical processing and execution, execution of electrical installations and pneumatics.
Thus we can build complex and diversified machines, from small control stations to automated lines.
Achieving the goal of working professionally, to high standards and with top quality materials, without compromising on quality, has led to the certification of our performance in standardizing the processes of organization, work, execution and delivery of automation solutions. Our company has been certified with quality management system according to ISO 9001 requirements and environmental management system according to ISO 14001 requirements for engineering and automation solutions for assembling and checking components for various industries.
The CE certification right has been fulfilled and we offer this service for the built machines.
We started building automated production lines with Bosch Rexroth conveyors and implementing Scara robots in projects.
We have expanded our material warehouse to store more components than before. We are also expanding our premises on the upper level of the building, so we have 900 sqm for offices, schoolrooms and storage.
Our company has been certified with Information Security Management System according to ISO 27001 and Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to ISO 45001.
Due to the increased number of mechanical components in our projects in the last two years, we decided to purchase a CNC milling machine to make the parts ourselves and no longer outsource this service.
We managed to buy the building where our current headquarters are located, a larger location of 1000 square meters.
We have offices for personnel, administrative department, R&D, logistics and machine design.
The warehouse in the new location is bigger and we can have a considerable stock of critical components, this stock helped us during the crisis.
In the new location we can build and program much larger and more complex automated production lines and stations.
We managed through our perseverance, due to the fact that we execute projects with top components, to exceed the turnover of 1 million euros.
Due to the fact that we want to constantly evolve, we already have experience in designing EOAT for robots from injection machines.
We will not stop here, our development continues, and together with us we help our customers to benefit from top machines built by INFINITI TRADE.
Our goal is to be the best in what we do, and our business card is out completed projects!
For over 20 years, INFINITI TRADE has had a continuous upward evolution, succeeding from a 25 sqm workshop and a few employees, to reach over 10 employees, with an excellent and well-established organizational structure, composed of departments, R&D, design, programming, schooling, logistics and administrative departments, on an area of approximately 1000 square meters.
Over the years, along with the increase in the portfolio of clients and the work team, the complexity and difficulty of our projects has intensified, being already experienced and specialized in the automation of industries.
Thus, we successfully manage to bring innovations and improvements in the manufacturing and production processes by implementing automation solutions adapted to the existing processes.
Through our customers' existing infrastructure or by implementing a new set of automation technologies, we offer solutions to industries such as: component assembly and verification, specialized automation software, electrical, mechanical and pneumatic design, mechanical machining, plant and equipment monitoring systems, electrical and pneumatic installations, digital and analog dispensers and robot hands.
